Yatnal used to please minorities when he was in JD(S): MB Patil

Vijayapura: Heavy Industries Minister MB Patil expressed his disapproval of BJP MLA Basangouda Patil Yatnal, alleging a change in stance from his JD(S) days. Patil claimed that Yatnal used to actively participate in events organized by the Muslim community while in JD(S) but has now transformed into a fervent Hindu leader upon rejoining the BJP.

Addressing reporters, Patil emphasized the Congress party’s commitment to treating all communities equally, stating that it operates in accordance with the principles laid out in the constitution of India. The remarks highlight the shifting political dynamics and the contrast in approaches between the two political figures.
